Chris Heins is the founder of Preferred Benefit Services, Inc. in 1989.  As an insurance professional, his expertise has been in the area of helping business owners with their employee benefits. Since the Insurance Industry has changed so much over the past 3 decades, his knowledge and education on the current leading edge programs provides clients with the best performing plans.  While working with Family and Individuals, his advice takes an important roll with these most important areas of planning.  

Over the years Chris has served his community as a coach for NKHS Soccer, North Kitsap Youth Soccer Association, FC Kitsap Select, as well as the ODP Olympic Development Program through the WA State Youth Soccer Association.  He's participated in the Poulsbo, Silverdale, and WA State Chamber of Commerce programs over the years, along with other volunteer projects such as director of the Lions Club Golden Ears program providing hearing aids to underserved areas in need of medical attention.

Chris is currently active with the Royal Rangers Northwest Outpost 135 youth program as a commander.

He has lived in Poulsbo for 50 years and has been a volunteer on many community service projects including the preservation of North America Cold water fisheries and watersheds with the Washington Council of Trout Unlimited. He has been a volunteer EMT/ Paramedic Assistant with the NK District 1 Fire Department, and former Red Cross water safety instructor with NAUI certification. He lives with his wife and family in the greater Poulsbo area.

Cindy and Chris are a husband and wife team since they started their insurance business in 1989. Cindy has provided the business with her expertise in office administration and customer service. She had been a licensed agent from 1996-2000. 

As a Master Gardener, gardening has become her passion, as she also owns her own business, Cottage Farm & Garden. She has provided the City of Poulsbo, and the development Poulsbo Place with the beautiful hanging baskets over the years, and has worked directly with The Poulsbo Historical Society and the Poulsbo Public Works Dept. Her community involvement has been with the North Kitsap School District, the North Kitsap High School Success Program, and also served as the liaison aid for the Native American Students at NKHS. Cindy and Chris have three children and live in Poulsbo.

Michael Reetz is the founder of Reetz Insurance Services, Inc. Mike has been established in his professional career in the Insurance industry for more than twenty eight years in the Puget Sound Region. Mike has an expertise in working with the senior community, helping them with Medicare and Long Term Care planning, Annuities, as well as all lines of Insurance for Family & Individuals, and Business. He truly enjoys working and helping people in his office on a daily basis.  Mike has his office in Port Angeles and has been an Associate with Preferred Benefit Services, Inc. since 1989.   

Born and raised in Port Angeles, Mike attended Port Angeles schools and graduated from Peninsula College along with taking some classes online at WSU.  He's been married twenty plus years, and has two awesome girls ages thirteen and sixteen. His wife is a CPA, and his kids are both very active in school and sports. Mike enjoys walking and running along with working out at the YMCA. He served in past as Vice President and then President at St. Mathew Lutheran Church. Mike and his family now attend Faith Lutheran in Sequim.

Mr. Parker is the founder of Parker Financial LLC. He is a registered investment adviser representative, and insurance professional in Kitsap County. Mr. Parker works with a small group of private clients, and he is a financial strategist, speaker and educator. He is the host of the radio program “Sound Retirement Radio” as broadcast on 1300am KKOL on Saturdays at 8am. Mr. Parker is the author of “Sound Retirement Planning.” A book showing you how to outpace inflation, provide income for life and reduce stock market volatility. He works with retirees who share the common values of faith, family, community, integrity and honesty. Mr. Parker lives in Poulsbo, with his wife, Rebecca (married since 1997), and their two children.

Richard C. Tizzano is a principal at Sherrard McGonagle Tizzano, P.S. He has 20 years of legal experience in Washington and California and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. Richard’s expertise is in the areas of estate planning and estate settlement, elder law, guardianship and adoptions. Throughout the year he has a schedule of Life Care Planning Seminar events. Richard is a graduate of Vanguard University of Southern California and Seattle University School of Law. Prior to law school, Richard served as an ordained Minister with the Assemblies of God Church, and has extensive experience in both the financial and commercial real estate markets. This unique background enables him to provide a compassionate, comprehensive approach to the practice of law and estate planning. He lives with his wife and children in Poulsbo.
